US the hot outsourcing hub, not India or China

Virtual’ US corporations has taken over for the most part, US firms have vigorously outsourced the management of IT systems to far-off India and China. But a new survey throws up startling news: the offshore option is losing its sheen for US technology firms, who say they are more likely to get the job done in America.

Should India take these outsourced jobs to increase more vacancies ??

India’s Black market could rescue from global breakdown… Need a “change”

India’s Black market could rescue from global breakdown… Need a “change”

There is lots of black money in the system and if that money is brought into the white economy it will do wonders for the country. At present, the total amount of black money is estimated to be around Rs 50,000 crore and Rs 1,00,000 crore. Scam after scam has shown linkage between corrupt businessmen, politicians, bureaucracy and the criminals. The vicious cycle of corruption, supported by these four pillars, has to be broken. This is so shocking. The second best Russia has 4 times lesser deposit. US is not even there in the counting in top five. This amount is about 13 times larger than the country’s foreign debt. With this amount 45 crore poor people can get Rs 1,00,000 each. Once this huge amount of black money & property comes back to India, the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After repayment, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this surplus amount is invested properly it will be more than the annual budget of the Central government. We can also survive this ongoing global recession without any trouble. There will be no job loss or pink slips for the Indian work forces. Black money in Swiss banks 1. India—– $1,456 billion 2. Russia —-$ 470 billion 3. UK ——-$390 billion 4. Ukraine – –$100 billion 5. China —–$ 96 billion India with $1456 billion or $1.4 trillion has more money in Swiss banks than rest of the world combined.

Should BJP come in power in coming elections?

March 18, 2009

Should BJP come in power in coming elections?

Congress leadership has been lack lusture for years. They don’t seem to have taken any proper measures against terrorism. People have always felt insecure under the regime of this Government. I think this is the right time to show the door for such a spineless Government.

Improve Football in India

March 17, 2009

Improve football in India

Imrpove football in India – Football in India is in a very poor condition. But few decades back we had a very good football team and our ranking was also very good. So what brought the downfall??? When the other football playing nations were busy in improving their techniques, hiring good coaches and supplying funds for the growth of football we were caught napping. Then slowly popularity of football also started diminishing. Then came the Cricket and the Cricket World Cup of 1983, which further put a death knell to the Football in India. It is now concentrated mostly in the North Eastern Part of India, Bengal, Kerala and somewhat Goa and other small pockets of the country. My idea to improve football in India is to persuade the government to invest heavily in football both in infrastructure and Human resource.Huge investment in forms of Football academy, clubs etc needs to be made in the North Eastern part of India where there is a huge talent pool of football players. They are also at par with Asian giants like Japan or Korea in terms of physical fitness, strength and stamina This will also help the misguided youth of north east and will help them in channel zing their energy in a positive way. Corporate sectors should be encouraged and persuaded by the govt to setup Football Academy in the lines of NCA, MRF Pace foundation as in Cricket. This sort of initiative and talent hunting will prove worthy for our Football and we can be atleast at par with Asian Giants in 10 years or so.

Do Indian Tele soaps reflect the Indian Society?

March 17, 2009

Do Indian Tele soaps reflect the Indian Society?

Do Indian Tele soaps reflect the Indian Society? – Indian Television with so many channels and so much so called entertainment and serials, is it portraying the Indian Society. Most of the Indian serials either show people/family members plotting/scheming against each other/ The Protagonist – “the good person”- the hero or heroine always being in some trouble or the other./ All women dressed in their fineries even when they are going to bed!!!!! What are we trying to portray – can we get a bit realistic about things….a billion of us and is this the level of creativity/originality that we have!!! Time to change….
